An invitation for you Mama to enjoy time just for you, to nourish and nurture your mind & soul. A space to feel held, nurtured and connected. A space for you to relax, unwind and enjoy time with other mums.
Our Mama Nurture Circle sessions include:
- Relaxing breath/grounding experiences
- Guided relaxtion
- Craft
- Journaling
- Gratitude Circle
- Hot drink & treat
- Mamas Circle - A space for you to share, let go, listen and support one another
These beautiful sessions are held once a month in the Yurt at Greenslate Farm with the warmth of the log burner and lit by candle and twinkly light, it doesn't get any cosier.
To add a little more Hygge to the session you are invited to bring along your favourite cushion and blanket along with thick cosy socks to help you feel even more relaxed and cosy, you could even wear your most comfy of loungewear and bring a hot water bottle if you liked, whatever helps you to feel comfy and relaxed.
It really is so important that we allow ourselves as mums to take time out for us, to relax and nourish and nurture ourselves. By gifting ourselves time to do this we are able to be the best versions of ourselves for us and our little ones.
